Food production technologist (confectionery)

компания "гудийс" required work experience: 3+ years full time, full day dubai, uae goodies company is a recognized expert in healthy products manufacturing. since we have opened a new factory in dubai (uae) we are looking for energetic, passionate people to work at our facility in the uae. responsibilities: - organization and maintenance of the technological process; - development and optimization of the technological process of manufacturing new products; - development of new recipes and their introduction into production; - selection of raw materials for the production of products, participation in the selection of suppliers; - calculation of norms for the consumption of raw materials and materials, norms of time; - calculation of the cost price, drawing up calculation cards; - quality control of raw materials and finished products; - control of consumption of raw materials; - ensuring the quality of products, the development of new types; - drawing up technological maps, carrying out studies of raw materials, finished products; - control of the sanitary condition of production; - analysis of defectives and its reasons, participation in the consideration of rationalization proposals and inventions. requirements: - higher education in food industry; - experience as a technologist in the food production of 3-6 years; - experience in the confectionery industry (bars, sweets, snacks, breakfast cereals) and working with healthy food products will be an advantage; - knowledge of equipment operation principles; - knowledge of haccp; - knowledge of the regulatory framework, technical documentation on quality, food safety, industrial sanitation and hygiene; - knowledge of industrial equipment, technological processes - skills to identify and eliminate violations in technological processes - fluent english language is a mandatory condition for applicants!!! terms: - work in production in the uae, dubai; - official employment; - living conditions, work schedule and salary are discussed at the interview with the employer.
