Manager, Fixed Assets and Real Estate Valuation (Almaty/Nur-Sultan)

компания "kpmg" kpmg is a global network of professional services firms. across 147 countries, 219 000 kpmg people provide audit, tax and advisory services to a huge range of clients, from leading brands to public bodies, global multi-nationals and local businesses. we are looking for a manager to our real estate and fixed assets valuation team. responsibilities: project leader on fixed assets and real estate assets valuation assignments preparing and reviewing financial models, reviewing valuation methodology application, etc. preparing and delivering presentations for existing and potential clients, participation in other department marketing events project management (teams of 1 to 10+ people depending on the project scale, including cross-functional and cross-border teams for projects with multiple stakeholders); administration of internal workflow and risk management procedures, including project staffing and planning, drafting of project budgets and legal documents (ndas, engagement contracts, etc.); effective management, coaching and mentoring of junior staff, evaluating their performance; serving as a key point of daily contact for the clients on all the operational matters; building and maintaining relationships with clients and target clients and key market constituents to support personal effectiveness and business development opportunities. requirements: higher education in finance / economics / engineering / mathematics / valuation with superior academic performance from leading universities in kazakhstan or abroad (will be an advantage); work experience of not less than 5-6 years in valuation or investment analysis with focus on fixed assets and/or real estate excellent knowledge of valuation methodology and techniques experience in financial modeling good understanding of ifrs strong verbal and written communication skills in english and russian; strong management skills - ability to organize and lead team work ability to quickly adapt to changing environment and various circumstances; an enquiring and creative mind, strong analytical skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills; be comfortable and experienced in an external facing role and in presenting to clients relish the opportunity for interaction and dialogue with companies, investors, regulators and other stakeholders, and with a host of functions across kpmg demonstrable credentials of leading the delivery activities on major consulting projects ability to lead several projects simultaneously; professional judgment / independent decision making; motivation for development and career growth acca/cfa is a plusthe role enables to: enjoy accelerated career development with rapidly growing firm work and grow in a people driven organization deal with leading clients in complex and challenging assignments benefit from a strong learning and development culture experience the excitement of contributing to a dynamic and constantly changing environment have an opportunity to work on a wide range of deal advisory engagements in an extremely dynamic and rapidly developing market environment
