Senior Consultant (Due Diligence/Transaction Support/Financial Advisory)

Responsibilities: Lead advisory engagements under the supervision of a Manager or the Partner Take part in different transaction services assignments - primarily: financial due diligence, additionally: forensic projects, independent business reviews, finance modeling, business process optimization Provide support to management in planning the engagement and managing the project Plan and perform analyses with the assistance of Juniors Prepare reports Develop junior staff Develop and maintain strong professional relationship with the clientschr(39) personnel Being involved in the preparation of proposals to clients Requirements: Higher education (Master in Finance/Mathematics/Technical background) Professional certificate (CFA/ACCA) is a plus 3 years of experience in auditing or/and consulting Strong knowledge of IFRS and Russian Accounting Standards Fluent in Russian and English Excellent analytical skills Excellent software skills (MS Office and 1C) Excellent team member Focused on meeting deadlines with the highest level of quality We offer: Official stable salary Annual bonuses based on performance Voluntary health insurance Office in Moscow center (Kurskaya metro station) Lunches allowances Additional week of vacations Internal and external trainings
