Our Client, a major Oil and Gas Company, is looking for experienced Vetting Manager. Relocation is required! (Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk) Standard working week, NOT ROTATION. Key job responsibilities: Designing and managing tanker vetting program Vetting market tankers for ship to ship operations Vetting market tankers for terminal acceptance Vetting ship to ship operators Incidents investigation Assuring that term charter vessels are compliant with OCIMF requirements and international requirements and best practices Participation in tanker operator assessments Key qualifications required: Current or past qualification as a SIRE inspector is strongly preferred Extensive experience in SIRE inspections for crude oil tankers Experience with TMSA inspections Deep understanding of international conventions and regulations governing crude tanker operations Experience in vetting ocean going tankers with 50k deadweight and above Experience as a captain or a 1st assistant to the captain on tankers with 50k deadweight or above (ocean going tankers) 15+ years of experience in marine operations Degree from a maritime institute/university Conditions: Labour contract via Ventra Industrial Voluntary medicval inmsurance Social package
