Head of Ecom Products development

компания "ancor" responsibilities: identify right customer requirements and product features for test and development. partner with other departments to make this a cross-functional effort (ecom, pricing, operations, marketing, cx). align requirements of b2b and b2c customers within same products. it stack is based on proprietary it solutions, deep understanding of existing landscape required. turn customer insights into technical analysis and requirements collect and structure backlog of tasks. lead prioritization meetings where next sprint items selected. lead development via external teams in 2weeks sprints activation, a/b testing and continuous improvement requirements: university degree and/or equivalent industry specific experience, preferably ecom/foodtech/egrocery. understanding and experience of it solutions/stacks in ecom entrepreneurial and customer focused ability to quickly grasp and adapt to the business. ability to get along with diversified cross-functional team with different background proactive, “can do” attitude.
