компания "johnson & johnson" data strategy and analytics own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions review and maintain analysis of competitive market data utilizing data science tools. understands, translates, and interprets analytics and business intelligence into insights used to develop strategic plans & executional plans efficiently and effectively partners with the business teams to procure the required analytics, data and operational services, when needed in partnership with the cvtl/product managers, orchestrates business planning, including forecast and kpi development, business reviews, and risk and opportunity identification & planning digital solutions develop deep understanding of underlying brand marketing priorities and correlate to use of marketing tools, data and solutions involved; develop and articulate a digital channel vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value to our customers; act as a champion and change agent in leading the organizational changes required to create and sustain digital capabilities; ensure smooth operation for all digital tools and applications; manage the day-to-day operations of the digital strategy, including budget-related, project management oversight and other issues; lead implementation corporate digital solution for cis (custom reporting, business intelligence, analytics and digital communications) crm and sfe management lead adaptation and deployment of global crm & sfe capabilities aligned with organization objectives communicate and maintain global standards resource deployment and coverage models and other related field operations capabilities leading all crm and sfe user adoption and business end-user support services designed to drive incremental value for the business. lead and contribute in the delivery of end user in-person and virtual training sessions lead ongoing field communications and refresher trainings in order to maximize user adoption and realize value create and implement change management and communication plans relative to learning and adopting new and existing systems and related processes analyzing performance against departmental goals in crm usage and sales performance running ad-hoc analyses to identify and recommend innovative options to drive business strategy market insights/research lead, integrate and translate market research insights into opportunities and strategies that shape decisions and drive organizational action for business activities work with marketing team to develop strategies for research manage qualitative and quantitative market research identify appropriate research targets, prepare market research testing materials lead/direct outsourced resources in a variety of research manage project timelines, data analysis and the development of reports with actionable business insights triangulate market research and other secondary data to identify opportunities and strategies that shape decisions and drive organizational actions provide analyses that go beyond a presentation of data and include a discussion of the business implications and recommended course of action
