компания "immigram.io" immigram.io is a british immigration platform. we help entrepreneurs, it specialists and startups relocate to the uk. our main mission is to make the relocation process for tech specialists clear and efficient. we believe in the importance of human resources –– the times of visa struggles will soon end, and countries will begin active promotion and attraction of tech talents. over the course of 2,5 years, we’ve helped relocate over a 100 of it specialists, including seniors from google, facebook, badoo, bumble, goldman sachs; alumni of yc and alchemist, and many other talents. immigram has recently raised $500,000 in a funding round led by xploration capital recently. also participating was mikita mikado, a belarusian founder immigrant to the u.s. and сeo of pandadoc, joint journey ventures and a group of angel investors. immigram is also backed by hatchery, a startup incubator run by university college london. we are building a platform thanks to which tech and it relocation will cease to be a complex and confusing process. we are looking for a lead specialist who will join our mission. lead manager at immigram.io will be responsible for: - building a strategy for client cases; - supervising a team of caseworkers; - improving processes for working with the team and client cases. if you’re proactive, cannot imagine your life without challenges and prefer going the extra mile — send us your cv. responsibilities: lead immigration casework – develop the strategy of each case and oversee its execution; interact with clients (ranging from c-lvl of huge russian startups to l9 at google) – do casework calls, documents requests, perform other customer-focused tasks as job may require; control preparation and maintenance of the global talent master files (references, cvs, cover letters, personal statements); perform other duties and tasks the managing partner and company’s partners may reasonably request. key skills: love to google, search, find the best options available; maintains their writing business english on at least a c1 level; maintains their speaking and writing russian on a c2 level; is willing to learn a lot about it&digital - from cryptocurrency and business-accelerators to frontend and product design; combines technical and humanitarian mindsets, possesses creative vision and acute mind; willingness to solve any problems. what you get: working in an international team; you can work from anywhere: all you need is a computer with a good internet connection; you will meet leading experts and entrepreneurs from all over the world who are changing the world every day through their work; if we are a good fit, you can potentially set up and lead your own department; an enthusiastic and caring team; above market salary and bonuses; lots of networking with some of the it industrychr(39)s most talented professionals and building your own network.
