компания "кодест интернешнл с.р.л." обязанности: estimate and scope of the erection activities during pre-construction, organizing the work areas review contract documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the electrical area assist in the analysis of the detailed design by coordinating with construction manager and the design supplier in order to optimize the activities on site manage and lead the subcontractors throughout the duration of the project (from start of the activities through commissioning and handover to the owner) including all pickling and flushing activities. verify the completeness and the consistency of the activities in accordance with the erection documentation and drawings. prepare technical site visit and progress updаtеreports review subcontractorchr(39)s boqs, earned and actual manhours, and invoices for accuracy and completion monitor the performance of the subcontractor’s manpower (or direct), presences and qualifications. coordinate with other disciplines and subcontractors in order to avoid misperformances due to interferences on site between them. prepare project implementation schedules and manpower amount. assist the scheduling department in developing detailed project control schedules for the activities, including cost and resource loading. assist in coordinating on project logistics and temporary facility plans. review and approve material prior to installation in coordination with the quality department. verify the preparation of all check lists for erection, monitor the completeness from the sub-contractors. communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed. coordinate with quality department in order to ensure adequate quality of the installation coordinating all required inspections on field provide support to meet the construction budget by monitoring project expenditures, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions. review and verify presence and completeness of as-built documentation. maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal and local regulations требования: bachelor’s degree in industrial/piping or applicable discipline and experience relative to project size/scope experience on the erection of industrial facilities, steel producing factories capability to read piping arrangement drawings, piping scope layouts, equipment list, process flow diagrams, p&id diagrams, bom (bill of materials), line lists, support lists. capability of the evaluation of the amount of work for the piping erection, in accordance with quantities to be performed (weight and welding amount) knowledge of all necessary tools for the verification of the erection completeness, appropriate picking and flushing results. welding procedures and inspection to be consistent with regulation and law. knowledge of all procedures and safety rules to be implemented during the activities on site (welding especially) and during the commissioning of the systems and equipment, strong command in english, ms office, autocad условия: working in a multinational team of one of the worldchr(39)s largest construction companies working at the site office of the hdgl-5 project (lipetsk) salary rate to be discussed individually 6-day working week (saturday - till 1 pm)
