компания "кодест интернешнл с.р.л." respinsibilities: provide technical expertise on piping materials (pipe, valves, fittings) and mechanical (static) equipment. advise on use of standards, practices and design guidelines. suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs. ensure that all work designed or supplied by the mechanical or piping engineering discipline complies with the relevant sections of mandatory health and safety standards, including any regulations or codes referred to within the required jurisdiction for the project with due consideration of relevant client engineering standards. develop a thorough understanding of the project requirements as they relate to scope, execution strategy, cost and schedule with the engineering manager. prepare a list of engineering deliverables and time-based functions to facilitate the planning and control of the engineering budget. manage and review the engineering work packages associated with all deliverables and time-based functions to ensure that budgets and schedules are being met, and take corrective action if necessary. review and approve technical deliverables. assist in the preparation and development of project procurement packages and specific procedures. represent the mechanical/piping practice in project engineering co-ordination meetings. ensure coordination, between the mechanical/piping and other disciplines of all activities being performed as the design evolves. ensure resolution of engineering issues during project lifecycle, including planning phase, design, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning. promote and maintain the application of ethical and professional practices in the execution of engineering work. adhere to and promote the corporate safety culture. traveling from the office to various construction sites as required. mechanical and piping engineer to provide discipline input to the design, procurement, construction and commissioning phases of the facilities. working closely with the procurement and the relevant engineering contractors, providing direction and ensuring delivery in accordance with the project schedule whilst maintaining technical integrity. requirements: advanced ms office and autocad skills. organizational skills. plan work & organize required resource in coordination with team members and superiors. in-depth understanding of construction operations and processes. bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university. minimum five years of engineering experience. mastering 3d design software such as autodesk navisworks is preferred. background in the metallurgical industry and familiarity with codes and standards to support current project work is preferred but not required. good understanding of procurement, contracting and commissioning methodologies. sound knowledge of russian codes and standards applicable to the project. experience and sound technical knowledge of piping (pipe, valves, fitting), including p&id (piping & instrument diagrams) development, line sizing, isolation requirements and material selection. knowledge of advanced piping systems and management tools. a valid driverchr(39)s license. conditions: working in a multinational team of one of the worldchr(39)s largest construction companies working at the site office of the hdgl-5 project (lipetsk) salary rate to be discussed individually 6-day working week (saturday - till 1 pm)
