компания "филиал ооо китайская национальная химико-инженерная строительная компания №7" responsibilities: provide technical direction, guidance and demonstrated expertise in the development and implementation of the control system design manage, review and coordinate automation systems such as dcs, esd, sis, mps/cms, plc participate in reviews and formulation of technical solutions for the client in part of control systems design basis, scope of work, initial data, kick-off meeting assist clients towards feasible options and manage expectations work activities will be executed across all phases of projects including conceptual studies; basic; feed; detailed design; procurement through to commissioning,epc pre-contract activities, itb, preparing estimates and price comparisons develop detail hardware and infrastructure design documents and drawings including control cabinets, i/o drawings, wiring design, installation drawings, specifications, data sheets, logic diagrams, network drawings, technical requirements to project automation contractor (supplier) check control systems detail designs developed by subcontractors including project automation contractor schedule and coordinate control systems work to deadlines and within financial budgets on the project requirements: master degree in control systems engineering (oil & gas, petrochemical) at least 7 years experience in oil&gas, petrochemical industry knowledge of the procedures and standards related to his duties experienced with epc contracts; experience in the design, evaluation and specification of control systems equipment, package and bulk items including cabling in detailed design packages experience in preparation of material requisition, scope of works, review of offers, technical clarifications, technical bid evaluation, etc. competent in siemens s7. competent in network infrastructure and information security system experience in fat/sat. good english-speaking skills (upper-intermediate) conditions: contract as per rf labor code work in moscow office schedule: regular 5/2 week, from 9 am till 6 pm
