Internal Communications Manager

компания "кимберли-кларк" internal communications manager (6 month contract) the role reporting directly to the emea communications director, this role will also work in close partnership with the central & eastern europe (cee) md & leadership team. the role will support both internal and external communications and involves working with multiple stakeholders on communications initiatives to drive business results and enhance our company’s profile. key assignments provide communications support to the cee managing director, and members of the cee leadership team, to ensure priorities and messaging are aligned and articulated in a manner consistent with overall company strategy and goals (including leadership communications, employee newsletters, town halls). identify and share cee stories across multiple channels including social media, corporate website and digital platforms – internally and externally. design, develop content and manage channels. adapt global/emea campaigns for cee and help execute (e.g. k-c 150). manage crisis situations and escalated issues to ensure consistent and clear communications in order to protect company reputation and maintain business activities. working closely with hr and cee leaders, encourage engagement and enhance employee experience. manage media relations. skills 5-10 years’ experience of working in communications and developing and implementing internal and external sustainability communication and engagement campaigns across a broad range of channels. fluent russian and english language capabilities, oral and written. the ability to generate high-quality content for use locally and internationally both internally and externally. a team-player with a can-do attitude, able to operate in a fast-paced, global and continuously changing environment and to cooperate with different teams across departments and time zones and at all levels, while handling multiple assignments from conception to completion. attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and high-quality standards. project management experience would be a plus.
