компания "kaz minerals" job duties:1. administrative support to head of cpd and team members;2. liaise and coordinate project specific intra-departmental requirements;3. supports the project(s) to align administrative and commercial aspects with engineering andconstruction execution requirements and overall project execution strategy;4. hold regular team meetings relating to project progress and risk related issues, including initiatingchanges to original scope of work and checkpoint on upcoming milestones;5. communicate to stakeholders on project task and overall project(s) status including commercial,legal, financial and cost associated reviews;6. guide and assist in commercial negotiations, strategies and approaches to maintain integrity ofproject execution strategy and timeline; requirements: 1. higher economical/administration education;2. higher masters degree in same field is required;3. work experience in administration or commercial at senior level positions for at least 5 years4. work experience in project management environment for at least 3 years;5. advanced knowledge of english;6. knowledge of procurement management processes, negotiation and business correspondenceprocesses, principles of setting rules and standards.
