компания "коуб" coub is a video-centered social platform established in 2012. the platform is built around 10sec looped audio-video collages and is available on desktop, ios and android apps. since the initial launch, coub has gained a loyal community of artistic enthusiasts and trendsetters, who up to date created over 13 million unique ‘coubs’ for the platform’s content library and are generating 650+ million monthly views. we are looking for an analytical expert, who would become a mastermind behind data. overlooking all marketing activities in order to find pieces of connected events that can help us grow tremendously. a person, who is ready to set-up on a lookout for things that can make us more effective in every channel: awareness, acquisition, activation and retention. this is a very important role that will gives the whole team a fundament to base their ideas on. responsibilities set-up and analyze data from all user touch-points: social media, web, mobile to find insights and business conclusions; help marketing team with setting up a/b tests and succeed factors for hypothesis testing; research direct and indirect competitors to find useful insights than can be transformed into business decisions; set-up cohort analyses with conclusions & recommendations; set-up roi and romi measuring across all marketing channel; set-up straight-through analysis; user base segmentation for e-mail and push campaigns; research for data across web. qualifications 3+ years on analyst positions in b2c facing it: fintech/crypto/gamedev/social media/dating; experience working with google analytics, yandex.metrika, firebase, amplitude; experience with business analysis and straight-through analysis (powerbi/tableu/datastudio); ability to interpret data, trends; experience presenting research insights and conclusions; experience setting up, managing analysis and creating conclusions based on roi, cac and romi. cohort analysis; experience in setting up a/b tests requirements; experience working with pnl and unit-economy; experience with making models for social media, web-landing, android and ios; higher education in: math/physics/engineering/economics. benefits remote first - work from where you want with flexible hours; payment in $ after 3 months (probation period); part-time role for 2-3 month, and full-time afterwards; friendly & energized team; we are just starting, so it’s a perfect opportunity to grow rapidly with us; interest in us from companies like binance, solana and etc. we just need to shоwtraction! we have budget and opportunity to grow x10 this year. are you with us?
