компания "тинькофф" we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional who will develop and lead our product to new markets in latam region. key responsibilities elaborate a holistic afs vision and strategy desired outcomes in the next 12 months business development launch in one country and expand to 2+ more countries in latam we have set operational and product teams in each country we have at least 2 local banks as operational partners we got the direct affiliate status in payment systems in order to prepare for direct payment processing and clearing product we got ready-to-go ecom payment solution for small/micro merchants, easy to launch in any country + step by step “how-to” guidelines product team vertically and horizontally scaled and evolved to 100% cover and support all the streams listed in product roadmap, based on the strategic business plans working and transparent process of hypothesis setting, evaluation and delivery kpis/okrs for the product team are implemented and tracked candidate profile: ideal experience education university degree in stem (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) or finance/ economics gopractice, product heroes, product star, product university etc would be a plus but is not a prerequisite 3+ year of relevant experience in product management ux/ui experience agile product management skills experience in fintech/ payments/ digital bank would be a plus experience with latam countries would be a plus experience in setting up a product from scratch overseas would a plus experience operating in complex (multi-market) / high-velocity environments p&l management experience people management experience in setting up and managing product teams experience in managing cross-functional teams distant management experience english: at least upper-intermediate is a prerequisite
