компания "asd technologies" novakid invites a legal counsel to join our team at novakidschool.com an online-school of english for young learners. our customers come from more than 30 countries all over the world. we have 90k+ students and 2k+ teachers. our international team is proud of 550+ developers / support managers and marketing gurus. novakid is showing 5x annual growth. responsibilities: assistance in restructuring and support for entering new markets; conducting legal research of foreign regulations; preparation and participation in the approval of contracts; consulting of company’s departments (copyright, advertising, marketing campaigns); help with drawing up company’s policies; communication with outsourced lawyers, performing other tasks as per lawyer’s request. qualifications: higher education / recent graduate with experience of at least 1 year in international companies / companies with international presence; up to 90% of the tasks require “legal english”, especially for the contracts drafting and conducting research; knowledge of international copyright and advertising regulations is required; knowledge of corporate and tax law will be a big +. excellent command of english, at least c1. we offer: any location - remote work; full-time employment; flexible working hours, 40+ hours per week; friendly young team; interesting and promising project, looking forward to meeting you! bonuses and option programs are available. compensation is negotiable
