компания "мон’дэлис русь" are you ready to make it happen at mondelēz international? join our mission to lead the future of snacking. make it with pride. working as part of a cross functional team, you deliver the rdq activities required to complete packaging design and packaging deployment for innovation/growth projects and productivity projects across many countries. in this role you will: : organize and execute projects in line with rdq, marketing and manufacturing requirements; plan and conduct activities to generate appropriate packaging information, using sampling and supplier management, pilot plant and factory trials; lead process development activities (e.g. packaging design and specifications, packaging scale up, commissioning etc.); create technical reports and maintain accurate packaging specifications; create intellectual property to drive our competitive advantage requirements: degree or equivalent level experience/qualification in a relevant packaging or scientific area practical knowledge of packaging materials, processes and manufacturing methods ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure knowledge of current sustainability trends and issues in relation to packaging proven track record in project support, demonstrating the ability to operate in a complex, multinational environment very good analytical skills (creating an interpreting technical data) passionate about new challenges ability to work as team player, build constructive and effective relationships fluent english language (written and spoken) conditions: place of work - sobinka, vladimir region; working hours: 5/2 (weekends: saturday and sunday); corporate transport from vladimir; voluntary health insurance, life insurance; subsidy for meals in the dining room.
