компания "ancor" responsibilities: responsibility for the product line: operating tables, surgery lights and medical supply units supporting all over russian federation. market analytics: tenders and customs data, market capacity and market share, strategy planning, price formation and managing. compilation of sales statistics by region, providing information to sales department, making reports. daily tender analytics. competitor’s analytics (technical specifications, comparison, news, new registered equipment, strategy etc.). making of technical specification documents for tenders. making the configuration of the equipment, commercial offers. promotion materials: making and updating, managing social networks. preparing and taking part in promo and marketing activities (webinars, conferences, congresses, exhibitions). regular trainings for sales managers (technical data, tenders’ specifications, including competitor’s). regular trainings for dealers’ employees. customer support, trainings and consultations. work with kol and end-users. demo equipment managing, probation of demo equipment. making lights and pendants drawings in autocad for customers. regulatory affairs department support with registration process. position specifications: knowledge of the surgical equipment market welcomed basic+ knowledge of autocad. medicine, pharmacy, bio-medical engineering background welcomed. above 2 years’ experience as a sales specialist or marketing specialist in surgical products or equipment fields. english – upper intermediate, writing and speaking. business trips up to 30% of working time. conditions: competitive salary depending on the results of the interview. kpi bonus. full medical and life insurance.
