компания "ventra" our client, a major oil and gas company, is looking for experienced edh coordinator. responsibilities: evaluate projectchr(39)s volumes – including but not limited to existing contracts and upcoming project; administrate edh; maintain interface and structure per work program defined; conduct troubleshooting with tool developer / developers; provide and control access levels; develop training courses including uploading in tool; run reports; perform analytics including results reporting; interact with potential candidates as well as educate them how to use the system; educate users inside project; obtain prequalification forms from prequalification requestor; conduct prequalification and support the event full cycle; obtain nominations following standard nominations process when required to include such; ensure communication released to vendors; maintain aml and pcl updates; interact with representatives of business line, procurement, qaqc, law, p&ga, it and other internal functions; develop stewardship packages for affiliate management, projectchr(39)s partners and russian authorizes state bodies; assist management in data analysis and presentation; perform assignments in a safe and diligent manner, follow ;labor safety rules, timely inform the supervisor about any incidents, injuries and potential hazards at working place as well as conflict of interest. requirements: proficient in cloud based solutions, ms office suite and other software programs it background experience / expertise (preferred vs must have) efficient communication skills coordination skills demonstrated teamwork skills ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities read, write, and speak fluent english, especially as it applies to technical and business communications conditions: contract via ventra. employment in accordance with the rf labor code. voluntary medical insurance, social package.
