компания "kaz minerals" обязанности: maintaining manager’s meetings schedule; working in and controlling directum document management system for group hr director; receiving incoming correspondence, forwarding it in accordance with a decision made to business units or particular executors for using it in their work or for preparing a reply; preparing letters, inquiries, other documents as requested by the line manager; controlling execution of manager’s instructions; receiving, processing and sending general hr correspondence; arranging manager’s business trips; arranging meetings, vcs, preparing minutes/protocols of hr management meetings; arranging transportation; arranging manager’s workplace (ordering stationaries, dealing with it on any computer-related issues, etc.); fulfilling other requests of the manager; ordering and managing stationeries for hr department; working with the policies of the company and hr department; assisting training and development department with contracts; требования: university-level degree; working experience on similar position from 1.5 years; experience working with expatriates staff will be useful; fluent english; good background in verbal and written translation of russian business letters and documentation; knowledge of business ethics and telephone conversation skills; professional skills of writing in russian language; knowledge of safety rules and standards at work; experienced pc user, professional user of ms office, word, excel, outlook; making power point presentations; work with regulatory-legal acts; consistent knowledge of the civil and the labor legislation of the republic of kazakhstan; confirmed skills and ability to arrange work, prioritize, work in a team; ability to pay attention to details and work with large volumes of documentation; good knowledge of office procedures and office equipment operation; proactivity and ability to fulfill the duties; ability to handle a variety of priorities in a potentially high-stress environment; commitment to the key values of the company; developed diplomacy and high adaptivity; good social skills, politeness, unselfishness, neatness, accountability, tactfulness; business administration skills, administrative and managerial activities coordination skills, document control and organizational management skills. условия: office in the city center; medical insurance; 5/2;
