компания "travelline" travelline is an international it company with offices all over the world: estonia, bulgaria, indonesia, russia, belarus, thailand, kazakhstan, kyrgyzstan. we create online solutions and websites for hotels, helping them to simplify their workflow and earn more. our services are used by 8000 clients from simple apartments to the most famous large hotels up to 1700 rooms. we are looking for a person who will join our international growth team and help us build from scratch and support new company branches in different countries. area of responsibilities:this is a great opportunity to join the travelline international team as a legal adviser. you will work within our legal team to support our international companies in negotiating their contracts with clients (hotels), partners (it-partners and other types), donors, supporters and suppliers. you will assist with embedding good governance and providing accurate, relevant advice and guidance across various practice areas, including labor law, personal data protection law, ip, it-regulations, civil and commercial law and some other areas of compliance. you will receive a strong understanding of labor, ip and commercial law as well as excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills inside our company with russian and international colleagues and also with our international partners. you will be able to work independently and contribute effectively to the legal team and support and level up your english skills. job accountabilities: review, qualify, draft and negotiate both simple and complex contracts with international potential employees, sort out the key-requirements of labor law in all countries where we work, contracts with potential international clients as well as other types of agreements, deal with personal data protection rules and documents. participate to and/or lead contracts negotiations with potential partners and clients and hr and accounting teams of travelline. provide support on ethics & compliance issues, ensuring that the company policies and procedures are adhered to. engage and coordinate external consultants for the necessary due diligences. key interactions: internal key interactions: all functions/departments. external key interactions: (potential) partners, external law firms, labor, accounting and financial experts, and other external experts. must have: law degree 3 years of legal experience in venture related business and relevant experience strong written (including contract/legal drafting) and oral communication skills in english – b2/c1-level. to prove your level please be prepared to pass the test. ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines ability to multitask ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels, responsibilities and nationalities you will have to make several tasks before we have a personal meeting nice to have: availability to travel we are ready to discuss the fully distant work or partly distant work (partly distant work means that you will be surely present in the office several days per week, other time you can work remotely with full availability over the phone and messengers during working hours).what we offer: competitive salary based on experience and expectations; medical insurance; business trips; professional training and industry conferences; all necessary equipment for work.
