компания "суппорт чейн" who are we? you have always been interested in finance, but haven’t yet found your way in? or have you just started learning about us accounting and want to put your passion into a career? our branch in belarus operates under the llc support chain entity with an office in minsk. we are looking for several individuals who want to start or excel in their career in finance and would strive in a dynamic and multicultural environment like ours. we train newcomers and support the development of experienced employees with the help of mentors and internal educational programs, we provide official cooperation and timely payments. key responsibilities and duties: entering data into the accounting system preparation and approval of bank deposits accounting for ap transactions and conducting monetary transactions accounting for all incoming payments negotiation of chargebacks and third party claims processing and execution of financial documentation (invoices, waybills, payables) control of bank and credit card transactions daily transaction management maintain contact with clients as needed closing invoices (payments and other ways of closing) carrying out other related assignments of the manager requirements: proficiency in english from upper-intermediate (b2, c1, c2,) ability to work within us business hours (afternoon local time) basic computer skills willingness to multitask, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize. ability to work both in a team and individually ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines set by management previous experience in the financial sector would be a plus what we offer: indefinite employment contract understanding of us gaap experience working within a us company clear promotional path initial training and mentoring a young and friendly international team democratic management ability to work from home (we will provide all working equipment) we urge you to apply in english! applications submitted in any other language will not be considered. * due to an emergency due to the coronavirus pandemic, our selection process is entirely online. all employees are currently working from home. new employees will also work from home. the company provides all necessary equipment for remote work.
