компания "indriver" indriver is an international ride-hailing service headquartered in mountain view, ca. indriver user base exceeds 100m users in more than 625 cities in 42 countries. we are the worldwide top-2 ride-hailing app by number of application downloads. we are hiring an experienced professional in consumer journey mapping and cx/ux improvements. you will be working in the growth&experience team of indriver, that is responsible for strategic planning and facilitation of main indriver offering and service development for customers, both passengers and drivers. you will be working in headquarters, that leads central developments for all indriver markets. your responsibilities will be: mapping, adjusting and improving indriver consumer journey, both for passengers and drivers understanding and linking key business kpis to consumer metrics, building internal logic and connections between them, measuring, reporting and educating organization on those connections qualitative research (together with dedicated research team) and understanding of key behavior patterns of users and their translation to indriver application functionalities and service configurations build up hypothesis for product development basing on consumer needs and test them following iterative approach (prototyping, collecting consumer feedback, iterative improvement) for future embedding and justification in product roadmap reporting of cjm metrics and experiments, creating knowledge base of ideas, features, functionalities, that were tested with consumers of different segments on different markets of indriver. requirements: fluency in consumer journey mapping; deep knowledge of design thinking/service design approach, proficiency in persona and scenario concept for product feature development; knowledge and experience in digital product development: understanding product cycle, product and feature technical requirements, product success metrics, etc. project-oriented (versus process oriented) mindset, project management experience with confirmed project success record is a huge plus; self-driven, entrepreneurial, fast; fluent english, openness and ability to build strong and healthy relationship across organization with people from different functional and cultural backgrounds; experience with similar role in digital start-up on a scaling phase will be a huge plus. what we offer: stable salary; vhi from the first day of work; combined work schedule with partial remote work; personal growth programs in which we set goals and move towards them together; unlimited opportunities for growth.
