Senior Front-end Developer

компания "specific-group" specific-group software solutions develops custom software solutions for corporate clients in austria, germany, italy, slovakia and usa. for doing this we have sales and service divisions in the local markets and development centers in belarus (minsk and grodno). currently, we are seeking for a senior front-end developer.customer description: we help our client cti meeting technology to build coasis all-in-one platform designed to collect and manage speaker and exhibitor content for online, hybrid, and in-person meetings. it allows to collect, evaluate, and share content easily with benefit from 10,000 available configuration options without added customization or development. the platform allows you to manage, present and host your webinars and collect, manage, distribute, and capture presentations to virtual, hybrid, and in-person meetings easily in one system. of course, we are committed to the highest standards for data security.responsibilities: - proactive participation in requirement analysis, solution design and implementation phases of project lifecycle - implementation of new functionality, design of new modules and components, integration with existing products - implementation of api definitions and unit-tests for frontend - ongoing performance optimization, code refactoring, code review - direct communication with stakeholders and technical experts/architects - proven experience and ability to estimate work required skills: - 4+ years of experience in frontend development - perfect knowledge in javascript es6 / react / redux/ semantic html5 / css - front-end etl experience with various data sources - webpack experience - experience with google tag manager a plus - unit-testing - git - communication - able to moderate discussions, drive decisions, motivate colleagues to achieve results - drive to results - solution-oriented mindset, eager to knowledge, responsibility ownership - outstanding problem-solving skills - adaptability and ability to work in a cross-functional distributed team - proactive position is a ‘must-have’ - intermediate+ level of english (both written and spoken) benefits: • comfortable office close to metro; • extensive benefit package (medical insurance, language courses, additional holidays and etc.); • professional trainings, knowledge sharing meet-ups; • company parties, team buildings and more.
