компания "kaz minerals russia llc" kaz minerals russia is looking for potential candidates for the position of координатор по оформлению наряд-допусков / permit to work coordinator. structural division: health, safety and sustainability department report to: hse manager responsibilities: implementation, overseeing and enforcement of company’s health, safety and environmental (hse) program for the peschanka copper project in terms of permit to work compliance; permit to work coordinator shall be conversant with hse procedures and documentation in order to utilize this information during his/her daily routine activities; support project personnel through coaching on the requirements and compliance of the permit to work system; audit the correct implementation of ptw system, participating in inspections on the work site to determine the compliance of workers and activities with all ptw requirements as well as those of labor normative on occupational health and safety. to identify violations, which threaten life and health of employees or may cause an accident, and take measures for stopping operation of machinery, equipment and operations in the workshops, work sites and work places; reviewing and advise on permit to work packages submitted to the hss department by work responsible person for intended work; interface with project personnel and assist in risk analysis where required; keep up too date and communicate too work responsible person the work instructions / procedures related to permit to work issuance as received from hss manager; maintain a register / log of all permits issued and their status; provide a weekly and monthly report to hss manager on quantity and types of permits being issued; attend pre-shift meetings as requested by hss manager and simops meetings upon hss manager’s instruction to commence on last said type of meetings; ensure the quantity and types of permit to work books and dsti’s are sufficient and available for different ethnic groups. (russian/english & chinese/english); ensure that correct type of devices, locks and tags are available and immediately advise hss manager in case of shortage, loss of any of loto devices; ensure that lock out tag out procedure is implemented and project personnel in compliance with loto requirements; participating in incident investigations to ensure that root causes are identified and corrective measures to prevent similar occurrence are effectively implemented pertaining to administrative measures; liaise with hs manager to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements with relevant support form the subject matter experts. requirements: higher (or postgraduate) education for relevant profession; 3 – 4 years of relevant permit to work experience in the construction, earthworks, pre-commissioning work; english, russian — fluent. conditions: direct contract with kaz minerals russia llc; work schedule: rotation (1,5 / 1,5 months); competitive salary; medical insurance; laundry and catering are available on site; travel allowance; laptop, mobile phone; location: site-based, rotation to chukotka.
