компания "bayer" position: hcp activation manager position purpose: responsible for raising the competitiveness of the ch kazakhstan by activating superior strategies at hcp level. major tasks and responsibilities of position: adapts and implements defined winning cluster brand strategies for hcp activation. leads hcp marketing excellent development: adapts hcp strategy to local needs and requirements; works very closely with brand team to integrate hcp part into overall brand strategies; suggest the criteria for hcp segmentation based on brand marketing goals; in collaboration with sfe analyzes hcp database and categorize them; defines the effective coverage and frequency of hcp visits and prioritizes hcps by specialties; setting performance management metrics in hcp promotion (incl. prescription dynamics, e-detailers usage, physical & digital impressions (planned/actual) via cmes etc). responsible for the hcp materials: designs the hcp content with brand team for field force: detailers, presentations, cycle books, cycle meeting content, promo grid, promo materials etc.; develops and implements mce (multi channel engagement) tools and content for hcps; provides kpi driven analysis about success rate on hcp level based on market research data. accountable for hcp channel related marketing budget: plans and ensures efficiency of marketing budget for hcp activities and controls the execution (field marketing activities, kol’s fee, etc.); design annual/quarterly/monthly hcp events plan and controls the execution. manages and controls kols contacts within regional and national level throughout country: responsible for the kols speech/report/presentation in all type of events; works closely with medical advisor on supervising the national kols; designs the regional/local kols development plan and transmits it to the regional manager to be accountable for the implementation; leads and guides regional managers on maintaining the partnership with regional/local kols; works closely with medical advisor on creating slide sets for kols. regular alignment with head of cluster hcp strategy and cross-functional stakeholders to balance individual/team needs with business priorities and realistic deliverables. important for us: higher education (medical); 3+ year of experience in pharmaceutical business, marketing is prefereble; experience in team management and project management; advanced analytical and strategical thinking; advanced written and oral communication skills. advanced presentation skills; ability and readiness to work with remote communication channels; english: upper-intermediate; pc knowledge, knowledge of internal corporate programs and ms office.
