QS/Project cost controller (Tengiz - Contract department)

компания "тоо access and coating group" responsibilities: take an active and leading role in gathering project back-ups and invoicing, overall cost, invoice and document control, and general project implementation support. calculation of monthly progress and timely submission to the client for review/approval. submission/tracking of monthly invoices to clients. delivery and collection of signed invoices to clients. management of invoice billing, contract extension and amendment. analysis of project data, such as rates and performance factors, in accordance with the established rates for the contract. manage and report cost budgets as required by each project. ensuring the efficiency of billing, payment and receipt procedures by the finance department. tracking submitted invoices (approvals, payment dates, issues) and debtors. ensuring contract compliance and maximizing billing capability. maintenance of all registers related to various requests from the commercial department. requirements: required special work experience (in what field, typical jobs, positions): 3-5 years knowledge of microsoft word, microsoft excel, xlookup, etc. knowledge of english (ielts 6.0 or higher) operating mode:from 07:00 to 19:00 on a rotation schedule 28/28 tengiz
