Junior Associate in Marketing

компания "ey uzbekistan" job description & summary in this role you will focus on implementing marketing plans and carrying out marketing activities to support the ey business, brand identity and positioning, reporting to the ey kazakhstan marketing manager. this includes activities such as event management, creating content in various forms (thought leaderships, blog articles, creating posts in social media, creating internal videos, drafting newsletters and short news).you will organize various marketing projects - understanding the objectives; developing an action plan; coordinating with relevant stakeholders and creating materials to support the campaign, as well as working with the regional marketing managers to report on delivery success/areas for improvement you will be working closely with the business associations coordinating our business activities, membership, and invoicing. main responsibilities: work with the business teams to drive key messages and increase brand coverage in social media (smm) work on delivering events (in person/hybrid/virtual) work closely with the creative design teams to drive social media campaigns work closely with creative production agencies and market research firms for marketing campaigns and development of marketing plans lead charity activities and campaigns, including managing charity budget distribute the alerts and client notes through internal distribution services work with business associations to coordinate ey activities and ensure membership payments liaise with the corporate marketing and knowledge teams on global campaigns, knowledge sharing initiatives, and other corporate activities language: russian and english (intermediate) overall experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, smm experience is an advantage proven track record in a marketing function skills: good knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels good communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to represent the organization in diverse events attention to details and high-speed performance knowledge in online media, social media marketing video creating skills will be an advantage
