компания "ey uzbekistan" bd (tender) specialist responsibilities: announcements monitoring (websites and other available resources) pipeline checks preparation of full tender package (preparation and submission of documents and proposals for participation in large national and international tenders submission and results follow up monitoring public procurement legislation, uzbekistan government rules, and news issuing refusal letters for valid approved reasons preparing and delivering short workshops/training to relevant staff on changes in procurement law, client’s tender rules/procedures maintain all electronic catalogs of documents for tender purposes qualifications required: multitasking experience working as a tender specialist for at least 3 years experience working in public procurement portals, commercial sector, knowledge of legislation, regulations, and standards of public procurement analytical skills ability to learn attention to detail
