Manager - Tashkent - Business Valuation Group - Financial Advisory Services Department

компания "deloitte, caspian region" location: tashkentdeloitte is seeking a manager to join the business valuation group within financial advisory services department at the tashkent office.deloitte’s financial advisory group provides strategic and financial services to clients through every phase of the economic cycle. we offer services in all the critical areas - from corporate finance advisory, forensic, transactions, m&a transaction, restructuring, business valuations, debt restructuring services, finance raising, etc. - with a focus on helping our clients to increase value. the role will involve: supporting partners in developing deloitte’s corporate finance business in the region; supporting the business development efforts of other departments project management (teams of up to 10-15 people depending on project scope, including cross-functional and cross-border teams) guiding and developing teams over the entire engagement cycle (applying valuation and forecasting methodology, industry and market research, modeling, building projections, preparing reports and presentations, quality control, etc.) evaluating staff performance requirements: higher education strong managerial and interpersonal skills, experience of managing several project teams, including cross-functional and multi-locational teams 6+ years of experience in valuation, investments and security analysis, business valuation projects / business plan development projects strong financial accounting (ifrs, gaap) knowledge, an international accounting certificate (acca, cpa, dipifr) is a plus but not a requirement international certification (cfa in progress, asa, rics, acca, rsv) will be an asset excellent knowledge of valuation methodology and standards (international valuation standards and national standards in one cis country) advanced financial modeling skills strong presentation skills good written and spoken english and russian; knowledge of uzbek will be an asset self-starter and motivation skills readiness for tight deadlines readiness for possible business trips we offer: competitive salary and transparent career projects with an impact that matters for clients, the economy and society a unified corporate finance advisory team in cis ready to support complex and challenging tasks well-being, mobility, comprehensive corporate discount programs comprehensive health, life, travel insurance programs professional training and development, and certification personal development through on-going coaching and mentoring
