компания "deloitte, caspian region" location: tashkentwork experience: 3+ yearsdeloitte is seeking a manager to join the transaction services group within financial advisory services department at the tashkent office.deloitte’s financial advisory group provides strategic and financial services to clients through every phase of the economic cycle. we offer services in all the critical areas - from corporate finance, transactions, business valuations, debt restructuring services, finance raising, etc. - with a focus on helping our clients to increase value. fas provides clients with financial services to ensure transaction success. transaction services group assists companies with buy side and sell side due diligence. while traditional financial due diligence and financial analysis are key elements of the service we provide, our fas team can assist clients throughout the entire transaction process. we help our clients to create, execute and realise value from deals. the role will involve: participating in various types of financial due diligence engagements related to acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers or vendor / sell-side due diligence engagements assist in identifying negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring in depth and thorough analysis of financial statements review and analyse financial and other documents to identify potentially suspicious transactions learn forensic accounting and investigation projects for clients across the cis analysis of financial and non-financial business information understanding and being able to identify key drivers of a business and potential deal breakers; writing financial due diligence (buy side, sell side) reports analyse various aspects of company activities and generate ideas on further investigation directions a desire to build a long-term career in transaction support group working under supervision of a manager/ senior manager preparation/completion of various internal documentation and processes, holding various administrative responsibilities for the office data room set up and management develop junior staff, providing constructive feedback and on-the-job training requirements: a strong academic background, including a bachelor’s or master’s in accounting, finance, economics, business, engineering, mathematics or other related field 3+ years of previous experience in corporate finance (preferably in big4) or audit areas; strong analytical, business writing and interpersonal skills acca/cfa certification is a competitive advantage (in progress or close to completion) good written and spoken english (intermediate/upper-intermediate) and russian; knowledge of uzbek will be an asset professional demeanor and strong communication skills, written and verbal excellent analytical skills ability to work under time pressure excellent knowledge of ms excel and ms power point understanding of complex transactions ability to travel we offer: good salary and transparent career and professional development system; well-being, mobility, comprehensive corporate discount programs; comprehensive health, life, travel insurance programs; professional training and development, and certification; ability to work to flexible schedules and remotely. ability to work to flexible schedules and remotely.
