Finance Manager (UAE)

компания "arkad management dmcc" we are an international management-consulting company with an office in dubai (uae) and we are looking for finance manager to join our team in the head office. after completion of 3-month trial period successful candidate will be relocated to the head office. the salary and bonuses for the trial period and after the move are to be discussed during the interview. please also send your cover letter indicating highlights of your experience and why you are interested in this role. responsibilities: treasury: manage daily treasury operations (operational expenses, intragroup fund transfers, payroll etc.) via internet banking and payment systems; ensure ongoing compliance with budget-fact report and cash flow management. accounting: maintain accounting records in designated accounting software “e-soft” on a daily basis for several foreign entities on cash accounting basis; arrange primary documents collection and storage for accounting purposes in accordance with company’s policies. reporting: participate in budget, p/l report preparation, audit process, quarterly vat reporting and other. communication: communicate with internal and external parties on treasury and finance management related issues. financial management: develop and updаtеfinance management policies; provide ad-hoc reports, analyze and interpret various information, perform other duties as assigned. requirements higher education (degree in economics, finance or accounting). 3 years of relevant experience. excellent knowledge of russian and english (including business communication). experience in working with banking systems and understanding banking infrastructure. excellent working proficiency of ms excel, word, powerpoint. ability to think in a structured way, analyze data and prioritize workload. readiness to move to dubai. will be a strong advantage, if you have: experience in working with banking / psp / fintech / brokerage industry. acca / mba qualified or in process. benefits assistance in moving to dubai, including payment for the flight. corporate housing for the period of adaptation (in dubai marina, within walking distance from the office and jbr beach). comprehensive health insurance. corporate mobile communications. young, professional, ambitious team. professional growth. friendly work environment.
