компания "top remote talent" we are looking for a stellar chief technology officer to join the executive leadership team and align business and technology strategy to bring adisruptive startup in the personal investment space to south east asia. this is a full-time remote opportunity. as a cto, you will: define technical requirements and systems architecture with clarity to drive success; finalise the existing infrastructure, review and introduce technologies across the whole stack; act as principal developer who can implement the critical parts of the product; responsible for delivery of the product from launch to scale; including defining long-term technical goals and immediate needs; define best practices around coding methodologies, software design patterns, and testing; attract and retain a team of world-class engineers while establishing a one-team engineering culture; ensure all internal processes and external services comply with the highest level of security and privacy regulations; join an experienced executive team and build relationships while pitching/presenting to potential investors and board members. requirements: you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in an cto or architect role and a total of 8 or more years of experience; strong object-oriented skills, architecture patterns and 5+ years of programming experience in python; experience with hasura (hasura.io); experience with graphql, postgresql, redis, fastapi, docker (+ docker swarm); expertise working with distributed systems; good experience with cloud platforms aws or gcp; experience with desiging of database; experience with mentoring developers and acting as an enabler to help them reach the next level; experience building large-scale, high availability production web application infrastructure; strong understanding of architectural principles for saas-based capabilities; ability to navigate through a highly ambiguous problem statement and influence the team and the leadership towards the consensus and solution without any direct authority. nice-to-have: core banking and finance skills; stock trading and investment experience; crypto trading experience; frontend development experience (react, react native). why join us?
