German VIP Team Lead

компания "it-hunters" who are we? duxgroup is a flourishing igaming company that has been operating since 2020. we started out in cyprus but have since opened another office in sunny malta. currently, we have around 250 people working in our dynamic company, and we all work closely together like family to achieve our goals. we believe in our teams and provide them with the best environment and tools to be able to fulfil their potential, attaining both professional and personal growth. we are always in search of talented and dedicated professionals. the german vip team lead will be responsible for managing, leading & mentoring the german vip managers. you will work closely to the head of vip and also in conjunction with a number of different teams such as the crm, whilst supporting, promoting and delivering the company’s vip strategy on an international basis. what we expect of you: mentoring & training the german vip managers within the team. main point of contact & providing ongoing support to team members. taking full responsibility for the team’s kpis. creating and handling the team’s schedules & rosters. assisting the head of vip with any recruitment related tasks. monitor player performance and ensure that bonuses are offered in line with business & regulatory requirements. implement targeted campaigns aimed at increasing the lifetime value of loyalty players. plan and implement customer journeys across casino specific products for all loyalty players across multiple brands and countries. support vip players across multiple brands via chat, phone and email and provide professional, friendly support at all times by ensuring that our players are our number one priority. what we’re after: someone who can speak german on a native level. previous experience working with vip customers. previous managerial experience – 1 year minimum. a data-centric learner, keen to test and evaluate innovative ideas and their impact on core loyalty metrics. ambitious, eager and ready to learn. someone with a great understanding of the casino industry. experience in telemarketing is a plus. what do you get? decent pay; opportunity for career advancement; employee development plans; young and ambitious team, interesting work tasks; work schedule 5/2. think you have what it takes? if you are interested in a career that will challenge and inspire you – we’d love to hear from you!
