компания "люгонг машинери рус" the mission of a company is to provide our customers with first - class construction machinery and service. the vision of a company is to become a world - class manufacturer in the construction machinery industry. our core values: customer focused, quality products, people foremost and creating value through cooperation. we are looking for a parts order specialist to join our international team of world-class manufacturer professionals. the candidate should have technical knowledge of a spare parts. the purpose for this position: to deal with the quotations and execute the parts orders from dealers and customers. duties & responsibilities: standard quotation for customers or dealers. check the parts availability in warehouse. receive the order from customer into the company system, check and transfer in to sap erp work out dealer orders in sap create invoice ( 1c:erp - enterprise management 2). arrange the packing and shipment in time support on payment collection. coordinate and resolve customer complaints. arrange the purchase of missing parts from hq and local suppliers if and when it is required any other tasks related to the full range of customer service prepare weekly/monthly report documents management (paper and electronic file for parts order) education, experience & skills required: education: university degree in commercial aspect or international trade. experience: experience in construction equipment or similar. language: english upper intermediate conditions: employment in accordance with the labor legislation. payments 2 times a month. medical insurance after probational period. lunch compensation. birthday gifts from the company. professional growth. corporate transport from skhodnenskaya metro station.
