Commissioning Engineer (Electrical)

компания "expertise group,тоо" work schedule: rotation, 28/28 location: eskene west qualification & experience requirements: higher degree / diploma qualification in technical discipline. minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering experience in commissioning role in complex o&g onshore/offshore project, preferably in a major projects. broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, min 10 years must have experienced as commissioning engineer, including: supervision and management of multidiscipline commissioning activities. supervision and management of contractor, suppliers, vendors and oem knowledge and experience in operation of plant machinery and associated systems; simops management. knowledge of process related principles, rlm & p&id’s and vendor documents, operating integrity and process safety. writing of detailed commissioning reports, raising local procedures, and updating operating procedures. includes if required drafting red line mark-ups and making proposals for plant change notices. experience in coaching, mentoring, and assessing national workforce. technological process philosophy. technical specifications, peculiarities, intent, and operation principle of instrumentation equipment methods of instrumentation & electrical and controller configuration and tuning using communicators and applications very strong experience commissioning hv / lv switchgear, transformers, ups systems, large variable speed drives, standby diesel generators, electric heat tracing and cathodic (impressed current) protection in-depth knowledge of electrical testing and procedures for primary and secondary equipment such as protection relays, circuit breakers, disconnectors, current and voltage transformers required competences: assessed competent in similar working environment; good communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to make presentations and write effective reports; team player with proactive approach to the decision making process; self-motivated. ability to work in team environments, communicate, understand and work within the dynamics of a multi-functional, multi-cultural and multi-location environment; capacity to integrate, lead and coach with multi-national and national staff; problem solving and analytical skills; hse mindset and strong commitment to safety;
