компания "rb" the scope of the role is to oversee and lead the full customer service and logistics function. overall responsibility is to ensure that the entire customer service and logistics function operates effectively and efficiently in the day to day function within the business as well as devise strategy, steer, lead and implement this strategy in the overall area of customer service and logistics. summary of responsibilities: lead the customer service and logistics functions – deliver best in class service to customers through a well run downstream supply chain. in line with plan, implements organisational capabilities which will enable the market to deliver on targets, which include but are not limited to customer service, integrated warehousing and distribution operations, optimal freight cost management, selection and management of 3rd party business arrangements for warehousing, freight, and operations and organisational development and capability. supports the development of the supply strategy within the markets. works with supply team to deliver with full alignment drives the leadership team to maintain operational excellence on inventory, and customer service targets, while delivering excellent service at an efficient cost create, lead and maintain a unique customer satisfaction development plan (supply chain) for each assigned top customer and manage its execution thereof. ensuring project management of key cost and service improvement initiatives. qualifications, skills & experience: degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, statistical science or operations or its equivalent; working experience in customer service management, logistics and warehouse operations determine priorities in a highly pressured working environment, self-motivated, numerate, accurate, logical and fully conversant with the whole procedures; experience in manufacturing, logistics, s&op or project management will be an added advantage; knowledge in sap apo snp, jd edwards, ms office (especially in ms excel); possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills with high level of attention to details; results-oriented and proactive; has good interpersonal skills and strong command of both written and spoken english.
