компания "ventra" our client, a major oil and gas company they are searhcing for experienced hse coordinator обязанности: coordination of ih technicians in the delivery of core ih services such as: exposure and health risk assessment and management services, ensuring development and stewardship of annual plans oims administration of system 5-2 health management occupational exposure limit (oel) change management participates in the development and local implementation of site specific and global health hazard control programs such as the global health practices (ghp’s), regulatory compliance guidance to business lines for health related issues reviews and provides relevant health input to new operations and projects, assists with the analysis of new regulations and the development of compliance plans, assists in emergency planning and response, professional development of site/area industrial hygiene personnel development of annual ih plan for the site or businesses and reviews plans with the ih manager, oh manager and ssh&e manager. provide assistance in delivery of occupational health awareness trainings. this may include administrative duties and/or training delivery ensures technical competency of staff and alignment with ihfom requirements coordinates implementation and tracking of ohcoe improvement/enhancement initiatives stewards progress of support and project plans; develop periodic highlights submits equipment/capital budget requests develops and periodically reviews (with the ih manager) personnel development plans for ih staff coordination of the padp for staff, reviews submissions and submits forms to the ih manager interviews and recommends new hires, obtains ih manager endorsement and hires personnel establishes orientation and training plans for new hires and monitor progress and development provides input for professional development for staff (with ih manager) ensures business controls are in place for areas of responsibility. требования: education requirements: high education; degree in ih, or chemical, or environmental, or safety; post graduate specialization in industrial hygiene, would be a plus but not required specific skills: good speaking and writing english skills preferred; good analytical abilities, pc advanced user. условия: contract via ventra voluntary medical insurance social package
