компания "adecco russia" internal audit assistant manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on operational, financial, and compliance-related audits/reviewsmain responsibilities: participate in the construction of the local audit plan, in coordination with corporate ia and local management. lead internal audits and investigations in russia (and in the black sea when the situation will allow it), as well as in other regions, when necessary, which includes: • compile and interpret key data points that will facilitate a risk-based approach to implementing and maintaining a strong internal control environment.• perform walkthroughs of key processes to validate process documentation and assess risks around internal controls.• gain auditees’ agreement on the root cause of issues and appropriate corrective actions while maintaining positive relationships.• prepare audit reports for local, region, and group management. act in an advisory and consulting role, including monitoring managementchr(39)s progress on remediation activities. participate in continuous control monitoring and continuous audit programs, i.e. be able to identify weak controls that can be mitigated by it automated controls and implement them; leveraging on our highbond-based infrastructure. this includes engaging with control owners, understanding their needs and constraints, proposing solutions – and overall, being able to lead a project from a to z with regular updates provided to management. manage occasional resources from emea or other regions. contribute to department improvement initiatives. requirements: masterchr(39)s degree in business administration, finance, or engineering experience working for a "big 4" audit firm assurance or advisory practice, or internal audit related experience. experience of working in a commodity trading environment is a plus. english - fluent. ability to compile and interpret key data. knowledge of acl would be a plus. ability to travel to other sites as needed, up to 40
