компания "crif" chief accountant crif uzbekistan job title: chief accountant location: tashkent reporting line: general director (tashkent) mission to comply with regulations of law on accounting and finance of accounting units, to organize operation of accounting apparatus in accordance with the law and instructions from shareholders, to make financial statements in accordance with accounting regimes and accounting standards. main responsibilities manages all accounting transactions of the credit bureau and ensures timely bank payments prepares accounting management policy in line with local legislation and financial policies and regulations of the hq prepares budget forecasts and financial statements according to requests from stakeholders is responsible for payroll activities and all relevant reporting handles monthly, quarterly and annual closings and reporting reconciles accounts payable and receivable computes taxes and prepare tax returns manages balance sheets and profit/loss statements reports on the company’s financial health and liquidity audits financial transactions and documents reinforces financial data confidentiality and conducts database backups when necessary liaises with central bank and auditors when needed provides proactive consulting and support to crif business units on the following topics: fiscal and accounting topics and risks, ways to mitigate them, review of official agreements and documents including contracts with external customers and vendors within internal authorization process and intercompany contracts skills & knowledge work experience as a senior / deputy chief/ chief accountant for at least 5 years excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including generally accepted accounting principles (gaap) hands-on experience with accounting software advanced ms excel skills including pivot tables experience with general ledger functions strong attention to detail and good analytical skills bsc in accounting, finance or relevant degree additional certification (cpa or cma) is a plus intermediary english is mandatory; fluent english is a plus
