Senior Product Manager (LATAM region)

компания "тинькофф" we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional who will develop and lead our product to new markets in latam region. area of responsibility formulating and managing the product backlog from understanding the business needs, gathering the requirements, setting up priorities, and refining scope with the team to provide the maximal value to our users and stakeholders take a full ownership of customer-facing platforms (merchant dashboard, payment interfaces, fiscalization, notification service, etc.), define vision and strategy within the area of responsibility to drive better product outcomes run continuously discovery process. conduct user interviews, research competitors, capture users’ data and analyze it, define the metrics to understand better and improve the product data-driven mindset. every meaningful point or feature should be measured, as well as any new feature or improvement clearly communicate with the cross-functional teams and stakeholders eager to improve practices and tools we are using to drive better product outcomes requirements 3+ years of proven experience in product management, from discovery to delivery deep understanding of product development lifecycle, including discovery, delivery, continuous discovery, hypothesis validation, running product experiments background in payments, fintech, financial services or ecommerce is strongly preferred great communication and stakeholder management skills english c1 is a must, spanish is a great plus bachelor’s degree in it, management, finance, analytics is an advantage
