компания "johnson & johnson" this position drives the development and implementation of the marketing strategy and tactical activities for products within jnj vision business (acuvue). main responsibilities: · build strategic and operational plans; · plan and execute marketing campaigns; · set campaign kpis and measure vs them; · develop marketing tools for product promotion; · create a range of products offered to customers (product mix); · interacts with colleagues in the region to adapt a global strategy; · develop and adapt a pricing strategy for a group of products by analyzing the market situation, monitoring the local market and efp; · p&l management; · develop a strategy for bringing new products to market; · uncover customer and consumer needs and build campaigns to address them; · build strong cross functional and external collaboration with customers; · challenge status quo and propose new approaches to address business challenges · comply with legal and regulatory requirements; · to create and adapt materials for medical specialists in order to promote the companychr(39)s products (sales aid, presentations, etc.); · to train specialists in working with clients and employees of partner companies (conducting trainings, webex calls). job requirements: · higher education · at least 5 years of solid marketing experience and knowledge in fmcg/ pharma (rx&otc) business · experience in building strategic and operational plans, execution of plans, setting kpis and measurement vs them · financial understanding of running a business (p&l management) · understanding and strong focus on customer needs · effective management of external and internal relationships · understanding of legal & regulatory environment · history of successful launches is a plus · advanced level of written and spoken english or higher
