компания "schneider electric" if your main career drivers are professional development and meaningful purpose then schneider electric is the company for you. we have been among the first leading international employers to introduce internal job market using artificial intelligence: it matches demand and supply in permanent roles, project assignments, mentoring opportunities all across schneider electric world. the company has been recognized as #1 sustainable company in the world in 2021. our supply chain organization is recognized in the world as one of the most professional and customer oriented and key contributor to make our world green. so we offer you to join our supply chain team as a plant hr leader for our production site located in kozmodemyansk. this is a factory with full production cycle where the product goes from design till mass manufacturing stage. almost 2000 employees to take care of, challenging transformational projects and important gr activities. main responsibilities: in constant partnership with his/her business leader, proposes efficient hr solutions (costs / time) that are suited to the business challenges and guarantees the application of group hr policies, contribute to the design of organizations (skills, resources, processes) to suit business challenges, manages the people aspect of the sps (talent, performance & competency management, engagement, diversity and inclusion), coordinates, with the site leader, the resources / business needs within the framework of the organization, lead the implementation of change management processes, coordinate and guarantee that the hr processes and programs are correctly carried out around the company values, contribute to people development (key talents and individual cases in line with regulations and values), drive learning and development initiatives at site level, manage labour relations and legal aspects for the entity, contribute to occupational health, responsible for the data accuracy and integrity for the site hr information systems. main requirements: higher education, preferably in hr, economics, statistics, experience within hr function at least 5 years (c&b, organizational changes, talent development, training, recruitment etc) on industrial sites, experience in leading of hr function, good knowledge of labor legislation, work with unions, fluency in english, collaborative approach to work, ability to lead processes and projects. what do we offer? unique experience working in international company competitive salary level and corporate employment benefits opportunities for career growth and professional development
