компания "едиль-орал.kz" responsibilities: maintaining training records in the training management system. registration of participants in the learning management system. booking and planning of training classes conducting training events and reports on the ctportal portal invitation of participants to training courses and exams/certification. informing participants and clients about the results of examinations/attestation. control over the equipment of classrooms. preparation of training materials, consumables and distribution of materials (for example, instructions, feedback forms). monitoring attendance at courses. receiving feedback from participants and entering it into the report informing trainers/instructors and evaluators about upcoming trainings and evaluations additional tasks related to the training department comply with the requirements of the integrated management system chr(40)iso 9001:2015, iso 14001:2015 and iso 45001:2018chr(41) established in the company provide equipment of the material base for professional training and advanced training of employees, the introduction of training complexes, automated training tools into the educational process participate in the creation of the companychr(39)s internal training center. providing support to instructors. requirements: similar experience not less a 3 years good knowledge of english, kazakh, russian stress resistance conditions: atyrau 5/2 socials
