компания "стамгазстрой" tengiz 28/28 - duties coordinates with site execution and technical discipline teams maintains alignment across the technical and functional areas and facilitates interface identification between the sc contractor and the owner’s team. partners with rlg to progress the implementation of the execution planning, red/blue zone process. owns the terms of reference and manages improvement initiatives drive alignment and coordination between function teams such as certification, execution, construction, operations, regulatory affairs an others. support the technical discipline teams with addressing other technical interfaces with the project teams or base business as required by management. manages the interface with the commissioning contractor interface and information management team, ensures rlmus/rfi mark-up process is implemented and operational ensure process in place for generation of execution packs, and loop folders in collaboration with the commissioning contractor technical interface team. sponsors productivity initiatives, including implementation of the crew talks program, assessing effectiveness collaborates with rlg for continued improvement of measuring metrics of the systems completion processes meetings effectiveness owns implementation of the performance boards and strategic implementation to maximize performance on itr liquidation and earned man-hours scope. collaborates with the systems completion interface lead on new initiatives into the systems completion management tool to better support the implementation, maintenance and improve the operating rhythm
