компания "лаборатория касперского" as digital crm manager, this temporary full-time role is responsible for driving creation and optimization of crm communications lifecycle, analyzing campaigns and segments performance and leading optimization projects for enhancing retention kpis. responsibilities: create and drive deployment of automated crm lifecycle campaigns for all digital segments including requirements gathering, prioritization, calendar development, assets delivery, testing & deployment; brief crm content creation for lifecycle communications and lead on automated campaigns implementation; collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues from customer experience and conversion optimization teams to build effective customer experience throughout the entire customer journey; analyze crm performance and report on all crm kpis across multiple channels identifying opportunities for optimizations and improvements; leverage knowledge of consistent testing, predictive analytics, and business intelligence to enhance campaigns segmentation, improve campaign performance and optimize results; insure clear, timely communications and task execution as well as harmonious relationships inside the team and between stakeholders; qualifications: bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, or equivalent combination of education and work experience 3+ years of experience in crm/email marketing experience in agencies focused on digital crm in it/ecommerce experience in building automated crm lifecycle communications for subscription services across email and in-app messages first-hand experience in analytics of crm campaigns and segments performance kpis strong analytical skills with understanding of statistics, proper ab-testing and great attention to details experience in working with international business fluent english ability to effectively balance various tasks simultaneously, adapt to shifting or competing priorities and take initiative excellent oral and written communication skills enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire and ability to learn new technologies quickly experience with adobe campaign is a plus maternity role
