компания "кентек казахстан,(тоо кктс)" tengiz 28/28 qualification/ certification: degree / diploma in mechanical engineering. 5+ years of relevant and transferable project/engineering/commissioning experience. maintenance experience will also be considered. rok electrical safety level category 4. skills requirement: preferably english & russian, reading, wring and speaking. ability to work on own initiative. good inter-personal and communication skills. in-depth knowledge of honeywell control systems. ability to supervise instrument technicians. ability to work in a team and communicate with discipline engineers and technicians. computer literate in ms word, ms excel and ms powerpoint. responsibilities: reviews subsystems, determines outstanding issues prevention completion and drives them to mechanical completion. ability to define, plan, and manage the execution of the mechanical completion process deliverables at a tactical, detailed systems level: drive prioritization and alignment of the work scope fully understand the status and outlook of their systems, ensure early identification & mitigation or escalation of emerging issues understand the required testing needed to validate the completed system meets and functions per the design have an understanding of construction completion practices (hydrotest / reinstatement, cable terminations, etc.) have technical/engineering skillsets that understand the technical design intent/limitations conducts frequent walkdown with multiple organizations to drive subsystems to mechanical completion. reports to the senior / lead engineer for execution management support and weekly priorities. provides technical support and daily priorities to discipline technicians. minimum 5+ years of experience. preferably english and russian reading, writing and speaking. knowledge of best practice and procedures in line with large-scale industrial projects. fully trained in all safety related subjects outlined by company such as rok regulatory requirements, environment concerns, safe operations, emergency response, firefighting and breathing air equipment, jha, permit to work & moc. fully trained in incident & injury free and fully understand the expectations, duties and responsibilities fully trained to sign permits using the permit to work system and capable to lead the toolbox meeting and ensure the jha is fully understood by the technicians and trainees. prepare ptw / jsa for the safe and timely manner to execute work scope. communicates and interfaces with other engineering disciplines, coordination with pipe engineers, qa/qc and hse team in the organization and those of client for related activities. attending/generating punch points as a part of mechanical completion activities. confirm there are no category a or b punch list items. preparation of redline drawings to accommodate changes/modifications during various stage of commissioning monitor work permit issuances and check strict implementation of all safety requirements during testing & pre-commissioning works. review of commissioning mechanical and piping package and check the limit of test pack. prepare input to relevant as built documents. confirm all valves are set to the pre- test position shown in the system p&id limits. isolation hand valves have been set in positions specified by the checklist prior to the test. verify that all instruments have been installed, tested and connected. check pipeline hangers and supports for any damages and possibility for movement on sliding supports. all necessary blinds have been installed as per isolation plan. confirm all spectacle blinds and temporary commissioning spades are in the pre-test position shown in the system p&id limits. ensure direction and location of check valves do not interfere with pressuring or depressuring the system. do line walk and final inspection in preparation for testing. execution and inspection on hydrotest, pneumatic test and leak test. check flange connections for leaks, if leaks are found, bleed off pressure, repair the leaks, and build up pressure again. reinstall package and submit to pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. identify restrains on the progress of pre-commissioning work in order to provide timely resolution and/or to minimize disruption. review mechanical completion packages. prepare pre-commissioning and commissioning schedules as per system priority based on commissioning matrix. communication: communicates cleary and concisely. encourages two –way communication;
