компания "кентек казахстан,(тоо кктс)" обязанности: administration of cv’s database, posting vacancies and closing it in tr, making timely registration into target recruit (tr) system skilling out the cvs in tr to ensure kpis are met making re-formatting of cvs as per approved company format in order to present to the client upon requirements timely placing vacancies to enbek.kz portal as per open scope, ensure vacancies records are saved in file acting as focal point for consolidation of voc requests from other recruitment ladies and distribution to t&d team for further voc arrangements support recruitment team with all administration duties, subject for recruitment manager’s endorsement reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements pre-screen’s candidates, creates and presents pre-screening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval. placing of relevant advertisements into linkedin and other social media for attracting of best applicants navigates shortlisting candidates on company projects, job descriptions, and expectation settings arranging interviews with hiring managers in line with defined timing and means of communication organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates reviews the hiring manager’s interview performance with each candidate and take appropriate action when warranted performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers & recruitment manager within kentech pay scales conducts follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates leverages online recruiting resources and in-house resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates fit for positions participate in university open days, career fair and job fairs to promote company name and image and gather database of candidate keep recruitment trackers / registers up to date. требования: it can be fresh graduate with recruitment experience as intern. bachelor’s degree in it management/legal/hr. условия: atyrau, 5/2
