Purchasing Specialist for FMCG (Direct, Raw Materials)

компания "henkel russia" due to the goal to strengthen and develop our local product portfolio we are looking for candidates for purchasing specialist position to contribute to fmcg raw materials categories with reporting line to purchasing kam beauty care. purchasing department, moscow is a strategic sourcing hub for russia. responsibilities: execute the overall management of fmcg raw material categories of henkel, incl. supplier pool maintenance / review depending on the company’s demand and market conditions. be responsible for supplier relationship management (commercial negotiations, target dialogues, strategic collaboration etc.). actively collaborate with purchasing kams and roll-out local strategies and projects on the country level. permanently monitor the market and look for new sourcing opportunities within the set area of responsibility. prepare and conduct sourcing activities for fmcg raw materials supply (fragrances, enzymes, cosmetic actives & specialties). ensure achievement of purchasing kpi’s (e.g. savings, price development, payment terms, supplier base, etc.). actively collaborate with internal stakeholders, understand their needs and act appropriately. collaborate with cross-functional teams on sourcing and business activities. create & updаtеinfo-records in sap and maintain the respective price-list documentation. prepare reports & presentations in accordance with procedures and requirements. work in reporting tools and databases in purchasing. requirements: higher education min. 3+ yearschr(39) work experience in directs purchasing preferably in an international environment / fmcg. knowledge of respective raw material markets as an advantage. english language is essential (upper-intermediate+) pc skills: ms office, powerpoint, sap. good experience and skills in project management. agile,motivated, pro-active, self-directed, enegretic. with positive communication style and well developed soft-skills. what we offer: a unique opportunity to drive forward local market and an extensive work experience in constantly changing environment compensation depends on experience and will be discussed individually (salary+yearly bonus) mobile phone compensation lunches medical and life insurance after 3 months sick leave is compensated by the company extended paid vacation (31 calendar days per year) opportunity to join a vibrant culture of trust and belonging
