Packaging Specialist (Beauty Care), Moscow Region

компания "henkel russia" due to the goal to strengthen and develop our local product portfolio we are looking for candidates for packaging specialist position in beauty care business direction. reports to: packaging manager responsibilities: independent and pro-active management of packaging development projects within a cross-functional team. full accountability of all packaging related projects in terms of quality, timeline and further project requirements. coordination of external suppliers work. developing of packaging components related to the specific market projects and being responsible for the overall integrity of the packaging across the entire supply chain in line with technical, legal and marketing requirements. acting as main counterpart for marketing as well as for all involved project members - in regards to any packaging related topic. judging technical feasibility of packaging and ensuring its successful implementation in the market (in-time, quality and costs). developing of packaging systems, considering all relevant aspects of a packaging development in cooperation with r&d, purchasing and production. ensuring the appropriate quality of our products respectively our packaging components utilized for the finished products. requirements: higher degree (economics, engineering, mechanics) relevant experience in packaging development (3+ years) english - intermediate and higher strong analytical and communication skills salary&benefits: a unique opportunity to drive forward local market and an extensive work experience in constantly changing environment compensation depends on experience and will be discussed individually (salary+yearly bonus) mobile phone compensation lunches life insurance after 3 months sick leave is compensated by the company extended paid vacation (31 calendar days per year) opportunity to join a vibrant culture of trust and belonging location – noginsk district (electrougli), moscow region
