Senior R&D Specialist (Beauty Care), Moscow Region

компания "henkel russia" due to the goal to strengthen and develop our local product portfolio we are looking for candidates for senior r&d specialist position in beauty care business direction. reports to: r&d category manager responsibilities: executing product innovation and optimization pipeline for selected product categories leading improvement and saving projects for formulations, raw materials and technology initiation and steering of the substitution of the raw materials laboratory testing of product formulations participation in consumer testing of new formulations development of product specifications, technical requirements to products and raw materials managing product safety, performance and cost requirements pilot plant testing of new formulations and technologies participation in supplier audits and improvement actions participation in production and technology optimization processes requirements: higher education (chemistry, chemical technology, cosmetics technology) min 3 years of relevant experience laboratory work experience is a must english: intermediate (as advantage) deep knowledge of local chemical market, experience with local ingredient suppliers strong analyst, good computer skills, good communicator attentive to details, multitasking, proactive, creative person salary&benefits: a unique opportunity to drive forward local market and an extensive work experience in constantly changing environment compensation depends on experience and will be discussed individually (salary+yearly bonus) mobile phone compensation lunches life insurance after 3 months sick leave is compensated by the company extended paid vacation (31 calendar days per year) opportunity to join a vibrant culture of trust and belonging location – noginsk district (electrougli), moscow region
